The gift voucher can only be redeemed on site for the consumption of food/drink/breakfast (restaurant) - private wellness - overnight stay (B&B). In other words, you can NOT use your voucher to purchase another voucher.
When booking, you should always give the number of the gift voucher.
The gift voucher is valid for 2 years and is NOT RENEWABLE thereafter, regardless of whether you could not use the voucher due to illness, force majeure or pandemic or restrictions imposed on us by the government that prevented us from offering our services.
The gift voucher counts as an advance payment for the service you wish to enjoy. If the service exceeds the amount of the voucher, the payment of the balance of the price of a booked service can be made at check-out in cash or by debit card. When paying with the gift voucher, we always ask to bring the physical voucher. If the customer does not have it with them, the full balance can be paid on the spot by cash or debit card.
